Hearts for Sarina

4 Oct

A friend asked me to capture this rustic, old school neon heart sign on the corner of Telegraph and 59th Street in Oakland. My friends Matt and Amanda live around the corner from it, so I knew exactly what she was talking about … it is a cool sign. It’s above a seedy liquor store. But the fellas at the liquor store kindly heeded a request to flip on the lights before it was entirely dark outside.

Find beauty in obscure places.
